Hi, my mum who has parkinsons broke her left arm last year and they put in a metal plate to repair it, she fell lately and xray shows fracture and dislocated elbow, can the metal plate be affected by parkinsons or could you use a different material besides metal?

My son was diagnosed with essential tremor when he was 18. He is now 27. I noticed when walking behind him the other day that his left arm was swinging normally and his right arm was by his side with his fist clinched. I notice him clinching his fist more regularly. He denies that there is any thing wrong with his coordination or motor function. I am worried that he might have early onset Parkinson s. Your thoughts?

Hi. My 74 year old father was just diagnosed with abnormal gait. His voice is getting softer, but not impaired, he has trouble sleeping through the night, he has a shuffled walk and one arm does not swing as much as the other. He also feels spacey when he walks or stands. Is this Parkinson t disease?
