Hi, my almost 7 year old daughter slipped & fell in a wet puddle inside of a Wendy's restaurant today & slammed the right side of her chin into the tile floor. At first the injury just looked like a small scrape & a little bleeding but after 10 mins it was swollen & getting bruised. After a couple hours it has gotten super swollen, looks like a small lime is under her skin & its all purple around the swelling & also the swelling & bruising is moving up higher on the front of her chin even though she hit the bottom. She can open & close her mouth & move her jaw side to side without excruciating pain but it does hurt her. She says it's the skin that hurts, not the inside.. No loose teeth. Been applying ice packs on & off. Just wondering if it's urgent that I get her checked out or since she can move it, it's not broken & she'll heal without the need of medical help? Thanks
