Hi doctor. Good day. I'm 60 yrs old, female & jobless. I have a history of diabetes and HPN, osteoarthritis on my lumbar and having pain on my right wrist and lrigger finger on my left middle finger. I have also catarract of both eyes but the right one is not yet that thick as per my ophtha coctor. I have been on a lot of medications and vitamin supplements due to my chronic diabetes. May I know if it's safe to take pregabaline 75 mg as part of my lifetime medication? and also citicoline 1G? I've been a diabetic for over 15 yrs and on 2 kinds of insulin injections (Apidra 6 units TID and Lantus 22 units OD), on Jardiance Duor 1000/25 mg, rescribed by my endocrinology doctor and have controlled hypertension on clopidogrel 15 mg, atorvastatin 80 mg OD due to my high LDL & HDL. My endo doctor prescribed me also vitamins such as calcidin with D3, vit C with Zinc, & vit B complex all to be taken once a day.. My endo doctor monitored my blood works every 3 months. I'm trying on low carb diets and more of fish. skinless hicken & vegies & more of water intake. My HbA1c fluctuates. I work a lot for household chores at home and sometimes on my skywalker exercises if I'm not so tired of my house works. I have no other house helper at home. My kids are voth working and ages 22 & 28 & quite busy at work. Most often I have back pains using my cane and knees pain. What must I do also when I'm experiencing mild pain and itchiness on ny groins and around my labia minora? I'm scared of taking antibiotics thinking my viatmins will be depleted or destroyed if this is the right word. I understand that the cause maybe is ue to my diabetes. My ophtha docor told me I can have a catarract removal of both eyes one by one but my problem I have not enough money yet for the best lenses so I can see better. I am still saving some money due to very costly lenses.I try doing some walking outside my house esp. to the church as it's just a walking distance from our house. Kindly advice or ehlp me more what to do and reply to my questions. I would highly appreciate your reply(ies) to me ASAP. God bless.
