Hi doc, A month ago i had my left side wisdom tooth extracted. It was a lengthy procedure as it was lying down side ways and was pretty deep inside. My dentist had to really spend a lot of time and energy in order to extract it. After the surgery as expected i was swollen up and in pain for which i had been taking pain killers and antibiotics as well.

Its almost been a month now and although the swelling has gone down i can now feel a lump between my jaw on the left side. it feels hard and hurt if i press it hard. What could this be? I dont have any signs of fever or pus. Thanks
