Hi When I Used To Pee I Face Gum Type

When i used to pee i face gum type things in urine ..whether it may be sperm or pus cell i dnt knw..these things are coming aprx 1 yr.
I had urine test.its shown normal report n occasional pus cel found..i feel sometime lil fever n weakness.doctor give me alfoo tab but for a month but i think its not working .i still face dat problem when i go for pee..plz help me out.
