My grandmother is 101 years old. From the past one month she has been worrying constantly that she has worms in her stomach. She feels that even on television they have been announcing her name and telling that she is vomiting worms. Even after reassuring her everytime. She is still fixed on that idea. She is also imagining incidents which never happened in realty. Could you suggest what could be the possible reason for such behavior and how we could help her.
