My son is 9 yrs old,weight 34 kg. He is having Stomach ache with fever since yesterday night. He get stomach ache only after he eats.
First he had fever every 7 to 8 hrs but now he is getting fever in 5 hrs. Pls suggest if I can give meftal p syrup if be gets fever within 5 hrs of giving Calpol tablet.

Right now he is been prescribed Calpol 500 nd Cyclopam tablet.

Pls advise what do I give if the fever comes within 4 to 5 hrs after taking Calpol tablet.
