Does Dexorange Cause Weight Gain?

Hi doctor this is Sidra 20 yrs old my weight was 40 kg before 4 yrs then I have losted too much blood in periods and from that my weight is 34 from two months I m taking dexorange and my weight increase 2 kgs does I m gaining weight by taking dexorange is it causes me to gain weight?

Hi, I think dexoranfw increase the hemoglobin level. It can lead to weight gain also. But, if weight gain is excess, do a thyroid profile because hypothyroidism can also lead to heavy bleeding and weight gain.
