Hi, My 5 Month Son Has Had A Tiny Pea

Hi,

My 5 month son has had a tiny pea size lump behind his left ear. It isn't painful, moves slightly when pressed and can only be felt, it isn't visible when just looking behind his ear. I think it is a lymph node ? But I wasn't sure if these only swell when fighting or infections/illness ( my son currently seems well and healthy, no current cough, colds or temps.) I noticed his around 3 months, it hasn't changed shape but is there all the time never seems to go down. ?
Many Thanks
