Hi, I'm 15/M, and I have been experiencing some discomfort. Almost a month ago I started having random pain in my left testicle, which was minor pain, that went away about a week later. Since then, I've had minor back pain in my mid to upper back, and minor chest pain. As of today I've been feeling "out of it" and have been having fever like symptoms. I just hope it's nothing serious
