Hi, I was working with Sharpie markers for a class project and have had a persistent headache for almost two days. It is less painful now than originally but it spiked heavily while I was trying to sleep at night. Performing some deep breathing reduced the pain considerably, and I am simply wondering if I should be concerned about adverse effects to my brain. I will certainly be more careful using Sharpies and other similar things in the future, if I don't avoid them altogether.
