Hi, I just saw video on liver health. Some of the things mentioned are not proven but given as if the truth. For example, MSG was invented by the japanese to spice up food. It does not harm the body in small amounts but it is stated like a poison based on some animal study which is not specified and certainly not supposed to jump to same results for humans. I don't like MSG but i do not agree with writeup. Other parts of the video are also not rigorous. What do you think?
