Hi, I have had a small bump about half an inch from my rectum, it's quite small and difficult to see but I can feel it. It has been there for about 10 days now. It is not sore but I am aware of the area as I have been experiencing a mild burning sensation. I went to the GUM clinic 7 days ago and she wasn't concerned about it, said she didn't think it was anything to worry about. The bump is still there, no bigger, no smaller , but today I have noticed a tiny paper like cut on the opposite side of the lump just between the outer labia and rectum. I have recently been diagnosed with lichen sclerosus, so am unsure if this is related or if it is herpes.
