Hi.
I have been enduring a pain along hip from lumbar to sacrum region
upon sitting for a long time I feel pain along hip and when i try to stretch it out i find it hard to stand or walk erect. sometimes I even get a feeling that i might need a cane to walk.
An incident which occured a while ago
i was carrying a small polythene bag which got carried away by wind and sudden reaction to catch it resulted in severe pain along lumbar .
