Hi, I Am Jake I Am 18 Years Old And

Hi, I am jake I am 18 years old and I have been having constant back pain for 3 months. I believe it started from weightlifting. I definitely believe its muscular and it is bothering both sides of my middle/lower back. I have gone to chiropractor which did not help. I have been doing physical therapy and have only given me exercises which have done nothing. I am now getting an MRI if it is something worse. I honestly hope it’s something else because if it is just a muscle strain then I don’t think it will go away and just doing exercises is not gonna work. I am hoping it is so I can get surgery and get rid of issuie even it means recovery time. I do have a question if it is just a muscle strain can I do a procedure other than exercises. Maybe an injection of some sort or surgery if they allow it or any other recommendations? It has played a very emotional toll in my health and I have been diagnosed with depression because of it. And if its not gone within the next month I may lose my mind. The doctors already take forever to provide time to see me and seems like they barely care and just send me to somebody else to avoid the problem. Any help is appreciated
