Hi, For Nearly 10 Years I Was In A Monogamous

Hi,

For nearly 10 years I was in a monogamous relationship with the same partner. A little while ago I met someone else and received (unprotected) oral sex from them and found out they were positive for herpes. All of my std tests came back negative at 12 weeks after last encounter and negative igg at 16 weeks.

At week 12 I had serious symptoms of numbness in the groin, the head of my penis and anus was very itchy with frequent need to urinate. Ever since week 12 (nothing before) I have an itch that occurs about once monthly on the tip and head of my penis (I am uncircumcised) and have small pin size red bumps (maybe 2 or 3) under the skin, they last a day and go away without a sign and accompanied without pain. I believe we can rule out stds?

Making matters more complicated, the last time I experienced this was with a food borne bacteria (I know it was bad food.. but it was accompanied by sore throat, slight swell of lymph nodes and an itchy penis- unrelated?)
After masturbating I noticed a slight pain and blood in my semen. Recently I have also had athletes foot or swollen lymph nodes more frequently.

Any ideas what it could be? Should I see a urologist? Is it safe to rule out std's?
Thank you.
