My Maltese/Shithzu has been diagnosed with Cushings disease. Millie is 10 years old and weighs 5.6kgs, she has been on antibiotics Rilexine 300mg-Half a tablet twice daily now for 1 month due to the skin infections caused by Cushings. The skin is pretty good now with her coat growing back. Millie has been on Vertoryl 30mgs once a day for 24 days, she was going okay. The past few days she seems very hot to touch, her skin is red, and is especially red on her hind feet and under her belly, she is licking at one foot a lot and it seems sore. I haven't given her the Vetoryl today. I really need some advice.
