Hi Doctor , I have missed my period for nearly 20 days now and I was prescribed duphston by the doctor once I missed my period last year. I want to know is this tablet is a fertility tablet and will it help to get pregnant as me and my husband is planning to have children since it's 2 months after our marriage. I heated fertility tablets increases the chance of getting even twins and is it alright to use this medicine to make my period get back to the normal or is my period late because as I am already pregnant ? Please advice
