Hi Doctor, I am 33 yr old and have uterine fibroids, one of these is on the fundal plane sized 9cm. Their are 2 others sized around 3cm on the left and right posterior wall of the uterus. Would I face any issues in conceiving or during pregnancy? Or is it advisable to get it operated? I got a ultrasound and TVS done 5 days after my monthly cycle ended. The radiologist diagnosed me with endometrial polyp also. I went to other radiologists later to confirm the same, but they have not been able to clearly conclude on the same. What would you advise? Is myomectomy a safe solution and what would be the impact of such a surgery on my body?
