Here goes. My PTH is 370.
The ultrasound result is: Thyroid gland is heterogeneous in echo texture and normal in size. The right thyroid lobe measures 4.3 x 1.0 x 1.5 cm
the left thyroid lobe measures 4.8 x 1.2 x 1.2 cm
the thyroid isthmus measures 0.3 cm

Right thyroid nodules: 1.8 x 0.8 x 1.0 cm heterogeneously hypoechoic solid nodule in the lower pole
2.) 6x4x5 mm hypoechoic nodule in the midpole
3.) 5x3x4 mm cystic nodule in the upper pole
4.) 6x3x5 mm hypoechoic nocule in the midpole

left thyroid nodules; 1.) 8x5x6 mm hypo echoic nodule in the mid pole
2.) 5x3x3 mm hypoechoic nodule in the lower pole
3.) 3x3x3 mm hypoechoic nodule in the uuper pole

No definite parathyroid glands appreciated
Impression:
Bilateral thyroid nodules as described. No enlarged parathyroid glands appreciated
