Hello, my symptoms began with blood coming out of my nose, facial pain, horrible pressure in head and the feeling of fluid in both ears. Had spinal tap and pressure was normal, proteins were very elevated, but no signs of infections. After spinal tap headache went away. I was placed on amox 125. Took those and had to be placed on clindamycin 300 for a few days before getting an abscessed tooth pulled on right side of head. Then was placed on amox 500. Ear on right side felt better and did not feel full but eustatian tube still sticky. On left side, ear still felt full. Was placed on dimista, singulair, Allegra and Sudafed pm. I could taste foul salty taste in back of mouth. A few days later parotid gland became infected. Left side of face began to swell and left eye was drooping. Could now taste salty fluid all over mouth. Was given penicillin and it helped for parotid gland but infection is coming back. When I lie down at night I hear chu chu sounds in my head and when I get out of the bed in the morning I am very dizzy and disoriented. When I swallow both ears crackle but my left ear, face, neck are in pain and are starting to swell again. Don’t know what to do. Thank you.
