Hello doctor..am 30 years now and am having hypothyroidism for past three years..my ranges are always not normal.i have done blood test once in two months..last time after taking 125mcg for two months my tsh level was 0.28 it’s below than normal range.after that my doctor prescribed to take 100mcg for week days and 125mcg for Saturday and Sunday..again yesterday after two months I have done blood test my tsh is 0.064 it’s very low..and also am having pain near to my thyroid and it goes over to the jaw.this time he prescribed 75mcg thyroxine.i don’t understand why am having pain in my thyroid and my tsh is very low??is it ok to continue with 75mcg?
