Hello doc! I’m a 15 year old female that’s not living a very healthy life. So I was playing a game 2 days ago and I felt excited and could feel my heart beating really fast, and it made my left arm feel pretty sore, I knew it was a sympton of a heart attack but I just didn’t pay much attention. Since then I’ve been feeling pretty anxious and my arm still feels a bit sword accompanied by a slight feeling of pain in the middle to the left a bit of my chest. What do you think I should do? Or do I need to change my lifestyle? To be honest I’m feeling a bit scared which just adds to my anxiousness
