Hello, I Am Concerned That I Have Hypothyroidism. Earlier This

Hello,

I am concerned that I have hypothyroidism. Earlier this year I was at a normal weight for me, 170 lbs. Two months later while eating 1400 to 1500 calories a day with exercise I peaked at 210 lbs. I had no idea why I gained so much weight.
I am constantly tired, sluggish. My neck feels swollen in the area of the thyroid gland. I downloaded a comprehensive list of symptoms of hypothyroidism, I had 111 of the symptoms out of approx 150 symptoms. I have dry skin, heart palpitations, soft bones, carpel tunnel syndrome, muscle cramps. I feel like a 60 year old and I'm 32 years old. My doctor thinks nothing is wrong with me. Tells me that, yes I should be loosing weight but it's hard. I'm vegan, eat a low calorie plant based diet. I've had a blood test for hypothyroidism and it came out normal.
I'm at a loss, I don't know how to convince my doctor that I need help with this.
