I am a chronic pain sufferer and have always found Watson brand Norco to be quite effective until today. I filled a prescription at my pharmacy last month, it was effective. I went back this month and they said they were no longer carrying Watson brand so I went to 3 other pharmacies and finally found it at Walgreens. I began this prescription today and not only did it not help my pain, I experienced severe anxiety, hot flashes, upset stomach and depression. Fortunately I still had some left over from the previous month, same pill, white 853, different pharmacy, and it worked as usual. How can this be? I took my new prescription back to Walgreens and they refused to switch them out. Pain is awful. Standing in the same position for too long is very uncomfortable, but I also suffer the following day from sitting too long. I've tried chiropractors, ortho shoes, otc's , I exercise regularly and try to be active but it's always there, and the Norco has been of tremendous help until this batch. Can you please offer me some insight as to why this might be? I can't function an entire month with the quality of this medication. Thank you for your time.
