Hello, I am a 56 yr old woman and ive been to the doctors for a TSH T3 T4 blood test for thyroid as my mother and grandmother is on meds. the readings are TSH 1.80 Free Thyroxine 14.6 Free T3 4.3. i have taken my temperature in the mornings for a week now and it is at 35.6. My cholesterol levels are high, blood pressure is 180/90 (family history of high bp), my doctor is not helpful at all. Over the last month i have been conserpated, no sex drive,anxiety an have a lot of other issues from the thyroid list. I have taken steps myself with eating more fruit/veges, flaxseeds,excersise etc. can you assist
