Hello
I am a 54 yr old woman, I went to my doctor because I have felt a heaviness on my right lower abdomen. Also pain in my pelvis and it hurts to sleep on my hip. I also feel like something is pushing up just below my breastbone. I have gained weight all in my belly but I don't eat much, rather I get painfully full if I finish a plate.
My doctor did blood work, it showed high cholesterol and low levels of vitamin D. She also had me get an ultra sound which showed irritation and fluid in my right fallopian tube. I haven't been sexually active for years and had STD text in the past which were all clear. I can feel something blocking movement, if you will, when I try to do a stomach crunch. (just on my left side). Each time I google fluid in fallopian tube postmenopausal, fallopian tube cancer pops up. My doc has me scheduled to see a gynie soon. Does this always mean cancer?
