Hello. I Am A 29 Year Old Male And I

Hello. I am a 29 year old male and i have been taking adderal 20 mg once per day for three years. Within the last few months. Recently, i have been getting angina and it seems to be getting progressively longer lasting. I didnt take any adderal yesterday and had no chest pains. Today i only took 5 mg, and i am having slight, ssharp pains that coincide with every heartbeat. In the past few weeks, when the pains were the most worrysome, i
My heart was pounding very hard, and i could feel a dull ache down the anterior portion of my left forearm. During this time my pulse wasnt ever above 80, and my bp was about 130/40, which isnt great, but still not that high (its usaully very slightly above 120/80). What do you think is the most likely problem? Im worried about developing atrial fibrilation, or some jeart complication that becomes irreversible. Also, i mentioned the angina to my doctor a year ago, when i first noticed it and she said it was nothing to be concerned about at the time, which I'm beginnig to disagree with.
