Hello, I Am A 26-year-old Male. I Weigh Around 75kg

Hello, I am a 26-year-old male. I weigh around 75kg and my height is around 180cm. I don't drink or smoke anything. However, I spend a lot of time in front of PC. Around eight months ago, I was sitting in a wrong position on my chair. My body was twisted, and my back was bent to the side. I was putting my whole weight on my right butt. Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain between the lumbar vertebrae. I felt like the vertebrae was out of place. I think between L2 and L3. I went to four different doctors and most of them said I am fine. One doctor said that I have inflamed nerves because of anxiety and stress. None of them asked me to do a scan though. They just asked me to bend or to raise my leg and such stuff. I was able to do them easily. I can run and even jump without any problems. However, during these eight past months my anxiety grow. I never had a normal day. Everyday new symptoms that are not even related to my back. I felt numbness at different parts of my body and I almost felt paralyzed. It affected my heart that it was almost beating 90 times a minute and it lasted for days. That’s beside pain and many other symptoms. My blood pressure was also unstable for a while ranging from 130/60 to 160/120. There was also pain. And it varied in type, location, and severity. And shortness of breath. It also affected my eyes. I felt things that I don’t know how to describe. I even have eye floaters now because of it. Now even though my anxiety has receded, and 8 months have passed since then, I still feel mild pain when I carry heavy stuff or when I do physical work that put stress on my back. I also travelled once and when I got off the bus after sitting for a few hours, I felt the same pain again. This wasn’t exactly pain, but I was feeling that there is something there. Also, once when I was walking, I felt a growing pain the more I walked. I felt like there is something hot and burning leaking! This happened twice by the way. I also tried to test myself once, so I carried a bag of around 25kg and I kept running with it for a couple minutes, the next day I suddenly was unable to move at all and it was the same type of pain but much more severe. So, please tell me what to do. Doctors here are not good even though I have went to the best and most expensive doctors.
