Hello,
I am a 22 year old male. When I was 16, I rolled a snowmobile and suffered two hairline fractures on the outside (my left side) of my shin, just below the knee. After visiting several doctors and suffering chronic pain ever since, today my GP told me that the bone healed incorrectly and there is now a lump of 'extra' bone which pushes on my nerves and muscles.
What sort of treatment options am I looking at going forward? My doctor gave me Maloxicam and a host of other OTC meds but none work. Should I seek opiates or physical therapy or even medicinal marijuana??
The pain is unbearable and keeps me up at night, I need something to change.
Thank you for your time.
