Major causes of nasal bleeding are--

2- INJURY due to chronic nose picking.
3- Exposure to dust and heat.

First of all get your bp charting done, then avoid exposure to heat.

1- liquid paraffin nose dreop 2 drops three times a day.
2- tab cosklot plus 1 bd.

All for 7 days.

Bleeding from allergy is not possible even in rarest of rare case.

Homeopath Dr. Rangadhar Satapathy's  Response
Hi ! Greetings from health care magic
Nose bleeding occurs in case of allergic condition, excessive heat, or excessive cold, rapture of any growth inside the nasal passage. There are others causes too. But the allergic condition is most common in chronic epistaxis. So in your case it is due to allergic condition. Coughing hard causes the rapture of tiny blood vessels in the nose. So it is not alarming. But you should be under treatment. Daily bleeding may cause your Hb% gradually low and can be the cause of any infection. if occasionally bleeding then just take precaustion. thank you
