Hello, I am 40 years old. I recently had unprotected oral sex and then protected vaganal sex with a prostitute. Right after (within 1 hr)my penis was sore , I thought it was from friction. I have been stressed about getting an STD. I have recently noticed tiny white bumps on my penis. I can usually only see them when I stretch the skin. I have always seen these on my scrotum but now notice then on my penis. I never really inspected my penis prior to this so unsure if I an just stressing myself into finding this wrong.
