I hope you all doing well

I am 24 years old from india and I am suffering with lot of sounds in my stomach,gastic and getting 5-7 motions(poop) every day.I have anal fissure and I am taking high fibre from last one year.when ever i am having spicy food and the next motion getting pain in anal,now I came to America(1 month early).so I can't consult my old doctor.
Also now I am using lacto fibre ref by my old doctor.

Sigmoidoscopy report:
Indication :: chronic dirrhea.
Colonoscope passed upto desending colon
Impression:: anal fissure,rest normal sigmoidoscopy
Remains all normal.
