Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Age does not exclude any disease.
Onset in young age dictates the need for more investigations to search a cause of the pressure.
It is very often not possible to find a cause – yet, curable conditions should not be missed.
Also renal function and Lipids should be seen.

You seem to have a good life style already. Your doctor will add a few more like salt restriction...

Treatment is well advanced nowadays / easier / good control is possible / complications can be prevented and/or postponed.

Don’t worry / Don’t stop the medicine without your doctors’ advice

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
