Headache, Sensitivity To Light, Noise, Neck Pain. History Of Spinal Metastasis, Migraine. Treatment?

Hi, I have suffered migrain in the past but this felt different, woke me in early hours of morning, light and noise make it worse, and I had to drive and went over 800 ft in altitude and the pain was uncomfortable and the base of my neck felt bruised. I have other health issues and metasasis in my spine treated with chemo and radiation 2 years ago, all my recent scans show cancer is dormant.

For prophylaxis of migrane u can go for amitryptiline and propanalol and for acute attack almotriptan or simple analgesic is also best. Now days almotriptan nasal spray is also available for quick relief
