Headache Near Temple On Right Side Of Head, Nausea. History Of Sharp Hit On Temple. Have TMJ Disorder. Is This Normal?

I hit my right temple on the corner of my car door as I was going to close it. When it happened, I got dizzy, nauseous, saw black and had to bend over onto the car s seat to regain myself. I have TMJ. When I hit my temple, I felt a surge down the right side of my jaw and it has hurt even worse ever since. (This happened Fri Nov 8th) Otherwise, I recovered, and was fine. It took me about 30 mins or so to feel like me again after it happened. Today, I have had a headache right by my temple, behind my right eye, localized more to the right side of my head and have been nauseous. Would I/Could I experience trauma that I should be concerned about from this over a week later?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
See it is rule that every head injury case has to be kept under the observation for at least 2 days, in case of head injury any thing could happen at any time and for this reason it has to be investigated like x-ray and ct of head is must if you feel some head related problem then it is better to go for further evaluation, take care have nice day.
