Headache, Fever, Tenderness, Esophagus Discomfort. Gastritis, Duodenitis. Side Effect Of Medicines?
ER On thursday: gastritis and duodenitis. Rx is pantoprazole and hyoscyamine .
Very sudden onset. Not any different foods the night before . Started friday with headaches and feeling feverish. Initial dramatic pain is reduced but still tenderness and feeling like a rock is lodged in esophagus. Not feeling good. Are headaches part of the problem -- or side effect to Meds ? Should I follow up very soon with specialist ? How many days do I expect to feel lousy ?

Headache may be part of the symptoms of gastritis.
gastritis caused abdominal pain, distension and discomfort and headache.
If the headache persist even after the symptoms of gastritis subside then headache needs evaluation.
