I had a hysterectomy 8 days ago. yesterday I woke up with a really bad headache and a slight fever. by the tin I went to bed that had all dissipated. this morning I woke up my eye was bright red and felt swollen. does any of these symptoms have to do with my recent procedure?

Hello,
It seems from the history that you have undergone hysterectomy recently and headache, fever and swollen eyes are unlikely to be related to the hysterectomy.

Swollen eyes may be related to infection or inflammation of the eye and headache may be because of infection or inflammation of the eyes.

Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for further examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
