Headache, Back Pain, X Ray And Blood Report Normal

hi my 8yr old daughter complains of frequent headaches and cries often saying her back hurts by her spine all the time. I had an x-ray of the back that showed nothing. I just assumed growing pains , she is 4ft 9in and 110lbs. but this has been going on for 6mons. what should I do? we also had blood taken that showed up normal. thank you

The most likely cause of her frequent headaches could be childhood migraine.

She would benefit from taking preventive medications such as flunarizine or propranolol tablets. This would reduce the severity and frequency of headaches.
