hello dear,
the symptoms you are having are consistent with the ADHD but are not sufficient for a proper diagnosis. you must be evaluated by a psychiatrist who will need a proper history beginning from your childhood to come to a final diagnosis as all illnesses of such kind are diagnosed based on some criteria. actually ADHD continues only in 30 to 50% of children into adulthood and the diagnosis of adult ADHD is really difficult to make. but rest assured even if its ADHD or some other problem modern medicine has solutions to such things and you can do much better with some counselling and medicines if required. so please go to a psychiatrist for a detailed assessment.
thank you
amit
