Head Injury. Have Involuntary Spasms In Feet, Lower Back Pain. Taking Advil And Motrin. Help

I was throwed & knocked out due to a hard blow to my head & throwed to whatever in my home to the wall or ceiling then hit a table. When the West Fertilizer Explosion happened on April 17. I am having problems in my feet . My toes will curl downward or the other foot will turn sideway as if being bent my toes will also turn outward & upward .. I hurt every night I DREAD going to lay down when I try to get up in the mornings my lower middle back hurts extremely bad around my waist hurts , I have to roll off bad crying in such pain .. I barely walk I take advil ,or motrin The area around my back of my neck always is a tender feeling., HELP I HAVE NO DOCTER ,

The involuntary spasms in the feet that you are having are likely to be due to an internal head injury. If this is not associated with any neurological deficit, headache, vomiting or bleeding from nose, ear or eyes then it is not a worrisome symptom.
