Having Spinal Stenosis, Lumbar & Cervical Radiculopathies, Herniated Disc, Polyneuropathy, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Arthritis. Severe Constipation. Suggestions?

I have spinal stenosis, lumbar & cervical radiculopathies, herniated disc, polyneuropathy, carpel tunnel syndrome, arthritis in every level of the spine, a fractured thoracic, severe glenohumeral arthritis in right arm, severe pain in left arm and cannot have a bowel movement. Have tried prunes, miralax, drinking tons of water, unprocessed wheat, exercise walking a mile per day, and yet Fort Know would be easier to rob than trying to have a bowel movement. Sometimes when I do have a bowel movement, feces comes out after I think I am done and my clothes are ruined. What a mess!

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe there are cervical and lumbar rediculopathies. Arthritis at every level of the spine etc, all the nerves have the pressure symptoms , and may be defeciency of the functions.
Due to neropathies, there will be automatic voiding of the stools, and urine.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections, calcium, vitamin D tablets, and multivitamin tablets.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods.
Wishing for a comfortable life. Thank you.
