Having Noticed A Dent On The Back Top Of The Head

Hello im a girl 13 years old and I have a dent on the back top of my head about two inches long ive noticed it when i was younger. Now i notice it more because it starts to hurt once in a while. I have trichotillomania. But its not really bad. It might have something to do with it because when my trich first started the pulling on the top of my head where the dent is

It seems that you have a boil or a cyst in the head which is causing the issue. The cyst usually occurs if there is a block in the outflow of sweat and this causes sweat to stay and get infected.

You need to see a Doctor to confirm the diagnosis and then get it treated. The best treated will be antibiotics and then to get surgery done to help you. All the best.
