You didnot mention your blood pressure
If mentioned it was usefull in treatin anti hypertensive medications.
Heart rate varies normally with day and sleepingand with excise with stress that is normal.
Missed beat u mentioned is of worry only wen it is more than 12 per min.
RBBB is not of concern as long as you r taking good tratment fr hypertebsion
