Have White Spots On The Fingertips Which Is Spreading

I hope so. My friend at work (a 50 something yr. old man) has had these small white spots on his fingertips. Not all his fingers. He showed them to me last night and there are more than there used to be but they are not as big as they used to be. The first time he showed them to me was probably 6-8 months ago. He said he asked his Doc about them. The doc lanced one and took a culture but all he could tell him was there was no puss so they were not an infection. Greg has been in poor health for years and has had a foot removed due to an infection he had years ago that would not heal. He has been doing a lot better with his health as of late. He is eating better. taking supplements and has been loosing some weight. Compared to when I first met him he s looking pretty good.
