I have had a stomach virus for the past 2 days. Vomitting stopped at about 7 am this morning. I am still having diarrhea. My heart rate is running 170 and my bp is high. I know that I am dehydrated. Im not having chest tightness and right lower quadrant pain that is dull and throbbing. Is this urgent?

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.Ratnakar and I am pleased to assist you.
The heart rate of 170 beats per minute is too high for any age irrespective of the illness you have.
You need to get immediate medical attention.
Go to ER immediately.
Regards,
Dr.Ratnakar
