Have Sperm Progression Problem. I Workout And Eat Like Athlete. Will Normal Eating And Exercise Solve The Problem?

I am 34, have a sperm progression problem. Many tests have been done, that is our conceiving proble. I eat like an athlete in high training, which I used to be. My workout routine is likely in upper 20% on amount, intensity. Any chance a more "normal" eating and exercise regime would improve my problem of wrong-motion sperm? Count is not the problem. Thank you

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Asthenospermia.
In spite of extensive research in field of infertility scientist have not found out the cause of non motility of sperms .
It is mostly labelled to be due to chromosomal abnormality. The diet and exercise have no role to play tin improving the motility of sperms though it helps in improving the morphology of the sperms to some extent.
