Have Scoliosis, Nystagmus, PCOS, Leg Length Discrepancy Due To Pelvis Being Tilted. Is Test For KFS Required?

Yes, I have KFS and it was just confirmed. I am 52. I have 2 children. My daughter is 33 and had scoliosis, Nystagmus and is now infertile. She has Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and only has 1 or 2 periods per year. She has a leg length discrepancy due to her pelvis being tilted. Should she be tested for KFS?

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
KFS occurs due to presence of one extra X chromosome in male children
Hence there is no need of testing for KFS.
If you like you may do a karyotyping to study the pattern of chromosomes.
Hope this reply is OK for you.
Further queries invited.
