Have Red Mark On Lower End Of Penis, Masturbation Habit, Sex With A Virgin. Is This STD Or Due To Excess Masturbation?

Hi today I Saw on the lower end of my penis on the top side their is a red mark probably the size of a tic tax it has never been there before last night but I did masturbate last night and it hurt a bit at the end but last Sunday I had sex with a girl but she was a virgin this I know for sure but what I don't know is if it's an std or just me masturbating too hard or too much?

It might be due to some injury,abrasion after masturbation or after sex with virgin.
You have to take proper local care to prevent infection inside.
Start to apply antibiotic,anti fungal cream on it to prevent development of infection.
Wash it with antiseptic liquids,make it dry and apply cream.
Avoid tight undergarment,Avoid sex till get complete cure.
If not improved with local treatment then consult your family physician for further guidance.
