Have P.vivax Malaria Infection. Done Kidney Operation. Can I Take Larigo DS Medcine Despite Of Kidney Problem?
Sir from last 5 years i get infected with p.vivax malaria 2 to 3 times in a year. Sir how i can get rid from this disease permenently... 3 months ago i got operated in my left kidney, was suffering from PUJ obstruction get treated with pyeleplasty surgeory....sir can i take Larigo DS medcine despite of kidney problem....regards...Rafiq Lone

In your kidney disease Lariago DS( Chloroquine) can be taken safely. But it is a prescription drug, so I advice you to consult your physician before taking it.
You have suffered from multiple episodes of P. vivax malaria. I wanted to know if you have received the drug primaquine for malaria. Primaquine prevents relapse of vivax malaria. If you have not received this drug previously I think you should discuss this with your physician.
May I know in which country are you situated? There are certain endemic zones of malaria in the world and if you are staying there you will have to take drugs for malaria prophylaxis.
